Mammy Bears Books 7 May · Children's books are quite fascinating. I love the older hardback editions with the fabulous illustrations on the actual boards, which were, of course, printed without a dust jacket...as what would be the point! I have uploaded just a sample of the wonderful illustrated boards, mainly from the 1930's to 1950's, including the wonderful work of Art Nouveau artist Talwin Morris, in "The Battlefield Treasure".
